Extruded Snacks, Fingers & Pellets Drying System

This array of Finger Pallet Drying Plants is used for producing extruded/2D/3D finger. With having 150 kg/hour to 500 kg/hour production capacity, this range of equipments is appreciated for its steam based environment friendly heating media (with 120 psi steam pressure) and 70.00% of dryer efficiency. Provided Finger Pallet Drying Plants are equipped with cooling blower, vibrating feed drive, conveyor gear drive and five layered drying bed.  Five layered drying bed of these plants has single layered cond belt. These machineries can be operated at 70degree C to 80 degree C operating temperature range. Space saving design is one of their key aspects.
